My Story

A curious problem solver passionate about bridging the gap between business strategy and product execution. Over the last few years, I’ve led end-to-end product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, document, and deliver solutions that make everyday operations smoother for businesses.

          I’m passionate about making technology simple, data meaningful, and teams aligned. For me, every product journey starts with a question - “How can this make someone’s work easier or smarter?” That’s the mindset I bring to every project I take on.

SmartPaints

Tracking nationwide Acotone transitions for Dulux

A custom-built solution for AkzoNobel (Dulux) to manage the Acotone transition process PAN India, including inventory transfers and complete post-transition tracking with reports and images shared by engineers.
    Single-handedly managed and scoped this solution, conducted feature testing, and provided end-user training, ensuring smooth adoption across field engineers and accounts teams through dedicated mobile and web modules.

TRIAD Technologies (Apr 2026 - Present)

  • ​Functioning as Product Manager and delivered multiple parallel product releases & enhancements using MoSCoW & Eisenhower prioritization techniques, ran structured delivery retrospectives with tracked action item closure ultimately strengthening account health & continuous product improvement.

  • Built an internal "AI Brain" knowledge base (open-source LLM tooling: Anything LLM, Open Router) for faster onboarding; which also powers customer support chatbots using direct APIs.

  • Defined product roadmaps, BRDs, and PRDs for clients like AkzoNobel, Amazon, and PNBHFL.
